How does the creation of a new article work?
Whenever we have to think about how to develop a new product, we always look for different references. From wildlife to movies, music references or other settings that aren’t so directly out there but also help us create.
What brand strengths could you highlight?
I think one of the good things about the brand is that we use a lot of tools and in a very consistent way, with each of the parts integrating well with each other.
For example, Clara and Yema have a good presence on Facebook, they also use a lot of Instagram and are responsible for collecting emails from their potential customers to later run newsletter campaigns.
Regarding Clara y Yema’s after-sales service, María assures:
We know that attention is very much needed at the moment. So in that sense we try to answer emails immediately, we try to have a chat on the internet where we are available 24 hours a day. if anyone wants to write to us or ask questions.
