Looking for Female Jobs?
Surely you will find many offers online and well positioned in the search engine.
However, I invite you to see this post that offers something beyond that.
As an entrepreneur, we offer you not just a job, but an opportunity to start your own business.
But first, it’s important that you know a little about the numbers of women’s jobs
What opportunities do women have in the workplace?
I’ll tell you a little…
My intention is for you to get yourself a job but where you are your own boss.
However, if you are aiming for a dependent job, it is important that you know that there are many stereotypes that hinder women’s development in the workplace.
Women are more likely to be excluded and the numbers increase when they are from lower socio-economic groups and have a higher level of education.
Women face barriers referred to as “glass ceilings and walls.” Most women who work in business do so in the less paid sectors, such as domestic services, commerce, education.
But don’t give up!
The gap between men and women is narrowing.
Where to look for work?
Regarding jobs for women, I share the following sites:
- info jobs.
- As a matter of fact.
- employment marketing.
- techno employment.
- be bee.
These were just examples, because there are many job exchanges where you can support yourself. So go to each of these sites and see the offers that are being made and apply for the one that best fits your profile.
However, remember that you can go further and offer your services in what you like best or have experience.
A good idea is to do this through social media or by word of mouth with your family and friends.
While it is true that society needs to break down stereotypes, we cannot break down the barriers that women erect themselves.
These can be eliminated when what I have called the 4 levels of self-improvement is overcome.
I explain it to you!
1- Women not using jobs
It is women who have chosen to be financially dependent on other people, and that is mainly due to the following:
- They only devote themselves to the household without generating any income. While it’s great work, congratulations if you do it!
- He doesn’t do homework or anything. We mean business here!
While it is admirable to devote yourself to household chores, you must be aware that…
There is no financial security! Therefore, if the person you depend on abandons you, blocks you, or no longer chooses to do so, you will find yourself in serious trouble.
It will be difficult for you to defend yourself, even if you can say “but I do housework”.
Let’s face it, friend, money isn’t bad, but…
…that’s what the hearts of many people do. So I encourage you to stop being 100% dependent on your partner, parents, or other family members.
I’m not saying don’t accept help because the idea is to support each other. So if you don’t do anything or don’t produce, I encourage you to go to the next level, which is to look for a job.
2- Women who use the job offers
You can be at the previous level, but you just have to make the decision to advance in your economic independence.
Think about what you enjoy doing, your experience, and the opportunities the market offers you. I am sure you will come up with some ideas.
However, to help you, I leave you with some business ideas to start from home.
Dare, no matter how small, remember that it is important to get past the first level where you do not produce anything.
This was just the first part of Jobs for Women and the levels they must overcome to be successful in the workplace. I’ll tell you more about it in the next post.
Remember that success depends only on you and your tenacity to break the stereotypes imposed by society.
Don’t settle for being financially dependent, dare and lead the destinies of your financial life.

Until next time!
