“If you have an idea and you think it can change the world, implement it.” Fundación Telefónica publishes this call to mark the opening of the deadline for submitting projects for the fifth edition of think biga social program that aims to help young people to realize their own ideas that enable them to transform their community or environment into an innovative environment.

The project registration deadline is December 15th and is aimed at young people between the ages of 15 and 30. Depending on the characteristics of the idea to be developed, the estimated duration of the call is between 10 and 12 months. Think Big champions the need to encourage the emergence of new social scenarios, drawing on the talent, skills and knowledge of young people, encouraging entrepreneurship and making them participants in societal change.

In this fifth edition of the Think Big program, Fundación Telefónica focuses on training, which is why it has opened registration to carry out a MOOCs (massive and open online course) on social entrepreneurship. This free online course lasts five weeks and includes five modules, thirty hours of training, and 56 training videos with experts. The development of this course will be accompanied by other events that will take place in different cities of the country.

From December 15th, the selected projects can be put into practice and their ideologues will become part of the Think Big community, receiving training and support from a mentor who will advise them during their development. In this way, Fundación Telefónica wants to ensure that the experience improves the skills and competences of young people with a view to their professional future. In addition, they may receive the financial support that enables them to implement their idea.
